1. Seller

 

This purchase agreement is concluded with SOLO-MED GmbH, Nordallee 10, 54292 Trier.

You can contact our customer service for questions and complaints from Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 4:00 pm CET and Fridays from 8:30 am to 14:00pm via the telephone number +49 (0) 651 – 20 15 14 20 and via email at info@solo-med.de.

 

2. Conclusion of contract

 

By clicking "Order now", you are committing to a binding oder

of the products listed on the order page. You will receive an order confirmation

via email immediately after sending the order. The purchase agreement

is thus concluded.

 

3. Right of withdrawal

 

Buyers have a fourteen-day withdrawal period. The right of withdrawal does not apply to delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if their seal has been broken after delivery.

 

4. Cancellation Policy

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reasons.

The withdrawal period lasts fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you – not the forwarding agent – have taken possession of the last goods.

To exercise your right, you must contact us at SOLO-MED GmbH, Nordallee 10, 54292 Trier Tel: +49 (0) 651 – 20 15 14 20 or via info@solo-med.de, making an official declaration (such as a letter or e-mail)

of your decision to withdraw from this contract. For this purpose, you can use the attached withdrawal form template. However, this is not required.

It is sufficient for keeping the time limit for withdrawal if you submit the notification of intent to exercise the right to withdraw before the end of the withdrawal period.

6. Consequences of withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we have to return all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (except additional costs which result from you having chosen another method of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery method within Germany offered by us), to you immediately and at the latest fourteen days after the day when we received the message about your cancellation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same method of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In no event will you be charged fees for this refund. We can refuse to refund until we have received the goods back or until you have proven that you have sent the goods back, depending on which occurs first.

You must send back or hand over the goods without delay and no later than fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract, to SOLO-MED GmbH, Nordallee 10, 54292 Trier or to pack and go, Im Keitelsberg 33, 54311 Trierweiler. This time limit is met if you send the goods before the end of the fourteen day period. You bear the direct costs for sending back the goods.

You only have to pay for possible deterioration of the goods if this deterioration is due to some manner of handling them that is not necessary for examining the qualities and function of the goods.

 

7. Returns

 

We care for our environment. That is why we do not add any return delivery notes to the package since we assume that the correct brush size is known. If we should make a packing mistake, we will arrange the retrieval.

 

8. Shipping charges

 

For end users: The prices described on the product pages include VAT and all other price components. We deliver free of charge over a value of € 60 (only for Germany). Under a value of € 60, we charge € 4 for shipping and careful packaging. For deliveries within Europe, a shipping surcharge of € 5 is always added. For deliveries outside of Europe, a shipping surcharge of € 15 is always added.

Other additional costs not mentioned or invoiced by us (such as customs duties) are not incurred.

If after a return, the remaining invoice value is less than € 60, shipping charges are paid by the buyer.

 

For resellers: The prices indicated on the product pages are net prices without statutory value added tax (VAT). We deliver free of charge above a value of € 130 net (only for Germany). Under a value of € 130, we charge € 4.55 net for shipping and careful packaging. For deliveries within Europe, a shipping surcharge of € 5 net is always added. For deliveries outside Europe, a shipping surcharge of € 15 net is always added.

Other additional costs not mentioned or invoiced by us (such as customs duties) are not incurred.

If after a return, the remaining invoice value is less than € 130 net, shipping costs are paid by the buyer.

Free products will be shipped only in conjunction with a paid order, or the above postage costs will be invoiced. 

 

9. Shipping method

 

Within Germany, shipping takes place with DHL, DPD or letter delivery.

Unless clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all products are ready for shipping immediately (delivery time: 1-3 days).

International delivery takes place with UPS.

 

10. Payment

 

For end users: Without an access code, SEPA direct debit and PayPal can be used in the shop to pay.

With SEPA direct debit, the payment is charged 14 days after invoicing. Invoices are payable within 14 days after invoicing.

By entering an access code in the shop (SOLO-Sofort-Shop) you can pay either by SEPA direct debit, PayPal, or, over a value of € 60, by invoice. For advance payment, we will provide our bank details in the order confirmation and deliver the goods after payment. When paying by SEPA Direct Debit, the payment in the SOLO-Sofort-Shop is debited to your account after 2 days. Invoices are payable within 14 days after invoicing.

We reserve the right to only deliver with advance payment for payers with poor payment history with us.

 

Orders from abroad EU can be paid either with PayPal or direct debit. Direct debit is only possible if the currency is Euro.

 

11. Ordering process

 

If you have found the desired product, you can place it in your shopping cart

by clicking the button "Add to Cart". You can view the items in your cart without obligation by clicking the "Cart" button at any time.

You can remove products from the cart at any time by clicking the "Remove" button. If you want to buy the products in your cart, click the button "Start order". Then enter your information. The mandatory fields are marked with an *. Registration is optional. Your data is SSL encrypted. After entering your data and selecting the payment method, you will arrive at the order page, where you can check your information again. By clicking the "Order now" button, you complete the ordering process. The process can be interrupted at any time by closing the browser window.
